Full Career Description

As a Home Health, Personal Care Aide or Direct Support Worker, you would help individuals with disabilities and older adults in their homes and communities by providing crucial assistance with personal care, exercise routines, household tasks, and community engagement. You’ll also help with basic treatment and provide social, emotional, and behavioral support. Support can be provided in different places depending on what the person needs—like in their home, at work, out in the community, or at a day program. Having a CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification is not always required, but is a big plus!
